ARCHITECTURE ENVIRONMENT
The module introduces the components of environmental conditions and issues. It focuses on human intervention affecting the environment both positively and negatively and the relationship of buildings with the natural system. Students will be introduced to basic environmental awareness through lectures and discussions. Additionally the module introduces students to the basic elements of climate and their influences on architecture, which aims to facilitate students to create acceptable environmentally conscious and comfortable building designs. There will be formative and summative assessments in this module comprising of an assignment, test and case study.

SELF-REFLECTION
Throughout the 7 weeks of lectures & tutorials carried out fully in virtual means, I'm glad to pronounce that it was indeed a fruitful journey and every effort poured was undoubtfully rewarding in the end.
Online learning-and-teaching environment had evolved from a challenge into a norm since the pandemic hit
2 years ago, hence since then ups and downs were bout chapters on how we accomplish all the projects while still being able to fit into this new mode of studying.

With the excellent platforms implemented by the school such as TIME'S, FACEBOOK, MS TEAMS and etc., we students achieved a seamless interaction with our tutors apart from presenting our ideas and justification to them beyond boundaries.

This module widen my knowledge in the practicability and feasibility of sustainable architecture together how should we analyze them accurately. I learned that all architecture practices should take in the environment as a main consideration. Demolition of the environment cannot be a by-product of our industry, but in the contrary, prevention of such is our sole duty alongside the journey to achieve greater skyscrapers and state-of-art buildings.
